  • We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns.
  • For remote or non-serviceable locations, our customer care team will connect with you to arrange the best possible delivery option.
  1. Processing Time
  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next working day.
  1. Delivery Time
  • Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metropolitan Cities: 3-5 business days for faster delivery.
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days may be required for delivery to far or rural locations.

Note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all prepaid orders above ₹500.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: A nominal fee of ₹49-₹99 may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Available with an additional charge of ₹49 per order.
  1. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details.
  • You can track your order anytime using the “Track Order” option on our website or directly via the courier’s tracking page.
  1. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
  • In case of unexpected delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues, our team will notify you proactively via email or phone.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unreachable contact number, the package may be returned to us. We will assist you in reshipping with applicable charges.
  1. International Shipping
  • Currently, Cloth Udyan does not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to overseas customers soon.
