1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
Pillow covers, quilts, or any product used for bedding (for hygiene reasons) unless defective

2. Return Process

Approval & Pickup:

3. Refund Process
